Hotel Reservations

By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Rates and Deposits

Special Requests: While we will endeavor to accommodate special requests such as bed type or connecting rooms, these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Rates: All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and are based on your length of stay. Rates are subject to change due to changes in name, arrival, and/or departure dates. Rates include applicable local taxes.
Occupancy: The standard occupancy per room is two (2) persons. Additional guests require prior arrangement with the reception.
Prepayment: A prepayment is required to secure your booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without prepayment.
Rate Errors: If a guest books at an incorrect rate, the hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation. Guests will be notified directly.

Check-in Age

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in and make a reservation.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Early Arrival and Late Departure

For early arrivals, please contact the reception to arrange for luggage storage until check-in time.
Late check-out is subject to availability. Please inquire with the reception at least 24 hours prior to departure. A 50% charge of the room rate will be applied for late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and a 100% charge will be applied for late check-outs after 6:00 PM.

Credit Card Authorization

Please contact the reception for credit card (Visa/Mastercard) payments.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

General Terms

Parties and Pets: Parties and pets are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms.
Furniture: Guests are not permitted to move, alter, or rearrange furniture or amenities without prior authorization.
Noise: Please refrain from making excessive noise or engaging in activities that may disturb other guests.
Cleaning: For stays exceeding one night, please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign or contact the reception to request room cleaning.
Cancellation by Hotel: The hotel reserves the right to cancel this reservation if it believes that the information provided in the booking is incorrect or incomplete.
Changes to Terms: The hotel reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Guest Liability: Guests shall indemnify and hold the hotel harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of, or in connection with, their stay.
Hotel Liability: The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from the cancellation of a reservation by the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' vehicles, as the hotel only offers complimentary parking for registered guests.
